Wow, love it! x
Did you make that dress? Would you be willing to sell one of them?
Hey Megan, I sure did make the dress! Selling them is my plan for the future. For now I'm just building up stock and trying out different techniques ♥
Id love to know what you did to get skills? Im considering doing a tafe course in fashion and this is exactly the kind of thing i have in mind to try and make! Are these for sale yet? What sort of other things have you got? Please let me know how you learnt to make this beauty.ClaireClaire Louise Vintageclairelouisevintage@yahoo.com
Hi Claire, thanks for the comment! I took a BTEC ND in fashion and clothing but I don't know how much of my knowledge from that was put into practice here. These dresses are draped on the mannequin and sewn that way, it's super fun to do if you know how :)
Hello, is this dress available to purchase?
Hi Sierra, sorry to say but it's not for sale right now. Maybe some day in the future but I struggle to let these go! ♥
Do you have any pictures of this being worn? I'd love to see how it hangs on a person. It's beautiful by the way <3
Hi Laura, thank you for your comment! My beautiful friend Francesca modeled this dress for me, you can see the photos in this post: http://www.dearestjackdaw.com/2012/07/francesca.html ♥
I always love to hear my readers thoughts, please do comment if you have the time x
